Buildout partners with Spacelist to expand listing exposure to Canada

CHICAGO, IL--Buildout is excited to announce an integration with Spacelist, Canada’s leading commercial real estate marketplace. This partnership will enable Buildout’s clients to syndicate their Canadian listings to Spacelist, offering exposure to their monthly user base of over 75,000 prospective tenants and 10,000 real estate professionals.

Buildout’s platform allows brokers to input property information in one centralized database, then instantly publish listings across online marketplaces to maximize exposure. Additional Buildout capabilities like document sharing and individual property websites allow brokers to gather leads to help them close deals faster.

With a database of 45,000 buildings and thousands of active listings, Buildout customers will now have access to the largest free marketplace in Canada for small businesses to find commercial space.
