2022 brand update

Earlier this year we announced that Apto and ProspectNow joined forces with Buildout, giving us the opportunity to deliver you the best of CRE software tools for the complete deal lifecycle. 

Today we’re announcing that we’re changing the brand names of Buildout products.

This is the first step to fulfilling our promise to deliver on our vision of a single, broker-centric platform for the full CRE dealmaking lifecycle.

Why did you discontinue the Apto, REthink and ProspectNow brands?

This is the first step to fulfilling our promise to deliver on our vision of a single, broker-centric platform for the full CRE dealmaking lifecycle. Though, we anticipate customers will always be able to purchase our Insights, CRM and Marketing products separately, we envision a future where all of our products are integrated work together as a cohesive full-lifecycle deal management solution optimized for CRE brokers.

Before we made this decision we carefully completed an extensive brand awareness study to understand the strength of each or our brands. The results of our research clearly showed that the Buildout brand was the strongest of all of our brands and is recognized as one of the top CRE technology brands.

We still stand by and remain committed to the REthink, Apto and ProspectNow products and plan to continue developing and making these products and your experience even better.

Does this mean Apto, REthink and ProspectNow are being replaced?

These products are simply being renamed at this time.

Are you going to discontinue the CRM system I’m using?

Eventually Apto and REthink will be combined into a single new CRM solution. Our goal is to deliver a product and customer experience that is recognizable to both Apto and REthink customers, that you can easily transition to but that is even better than what you get today. As firm details of our future CRM plans become available, we’ll communicate them to you.
